  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations provide, in relation to Wales, for the increase of fees prescribed in the Commons Registration (General) Regulations 1966 (S.I. 1966/1471), which were previously increased by the Commons Registration (General) (Amendment) Regulations 1980 (S.I. 1980/1195) and the Commons Registration (General) (Amendment) Regulations 1989 (S.I. 1989/2167)), for searches of the Registers of Common Land and Town and Village Greens and for providing certified copies of entries in the Registers.\nThese Regulations also amend the amounts specified in the Table of Fees contained at the end of the form contained in the Schedule to S.I. 1989/2167 accordingly.",
