  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Commons Registration (General) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2003 and come into force on 1st May 2003.\n(2) These Regulations apply to Wales.\n(3) In these Regulations—\n“the Form” (“y Ffurflen”) means Form 21 substituted in Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations;\n“the Principal Regulations” (“y Prif Reoliadau”) means the Commons Registration (General) Regulations 1966.",
