  "text": "(1) The title of these Regulations is the Commons Registration (General) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2007.\n(2) These Regulations come into force on 1 October 2007.\n(3) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.\n(4) In these Regulations, “the 1966 Regulations” (“Rheoliadau 1966”) means the Commons Registration (General) Regulations 1966.",
