In these Rules:—

  • “the Act” means the Commons Act 1908;

  • “meeting” means a meeting for the purposes of the Act;

  • “the Minister” means the Minister of Land and Natural Resources.

(2)

The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply to the interpretation of these Rules as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.
