# Commonwealth Development Corporation Act 1996 (repealed 8.12.1999), Section 2: Short title, repeal, commencement and extent.

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) This Act may be cited as the Commonwealth Development Corporation Act 1996.
(2) In section 1(2) of the Commonwealth Development Corporation Act 1986, paragraph (a) (which is superseded by section 1(1) above) is hereby repealed.
(3) This Act shall come into force at the end of the period of two months beginning with the day on which it is passed.
(4) This Act extends to Northern Ireland.
