# Commonwealth Development Corporation Act 1999, Paragraph 9

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The following provisions shall not apply—
(a) section 761 of the Companies Act 2006 (public company share capital requirements), and
(b) section 122(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 (winding up by the court: lack of certificate under section 761 of 2006 Act).
