  "text": "(1) The Secretary of State may acquire or arrange for a nominated person to acquire—\n(a) securities of the Corporation or a company associated with the Corporation;\n(b) rights to subscribe for such securities.\n(2) Expenditure of the Secretary of State under subsection (1) shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament.",
