OVERSEAS DEVELOPMENT AND CO-OPERATION
Made 14th July 1987
Laid before Parliament 23rd July 1987
Coming into force 15th August 1987
The Secretary of State, in exercise of his powers under section 3(3) of the Commonwealth Development Corporation Act 1978, hereby makes the following Order:

## 1 

This Order may be cited as the Commonwealth Development Corporation (Additional Enterprises) Order 1987 and shall come into force on 15th August 1987.

## 2 

There shall be added to the classes of enterprises to which the powers of the Corporation relate, enterprises for the provision of financial, management, or consultancy services or the leasing of assets.
