  "text": "There shall be added to the classes of enterprises to which the powers of the Commonwealth Development Corporation relate—\n(1) enterprises for or concerned with:\n(a) marketing, retailing, merchanting, wholesaling, stockholding, cargo handling, storage and warehousing and packaging;\n(b) the provision or improvement of factories and industrial, commercial and retail premises;\n(c) the leasing of assets;\n(d) tourism and travel;\n(e) the supply of food or beverages.\n(2) enterprises for or concerned with the provision of:\n(a) financial, management, management consultancy or consultancy services;\n(b) information technology services;\n(c) legal, accounting or business services;\n(d) research services;\n(e) design, architectural, engineering, technical or environmental services;\n(f) repair, maintenance or cleaning services;\n(g) media, entertainment or recreational services;\n(h) real estate services;\n(i) advertising or public relations services;\n(j) personnel services;\n(k) security services;\n(l) printing or photographic services;\n(m) subject to subsection 1 of section 4 of the 1978 Act, education and training services and medical, dental or veterinary services;\n(n) health and beauty services; and\n(o) funeral related services.",
