Laid before Parliament 11th November 1994
Coming into force 2nd December 1994
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 3(3) and 3(4) of the Commonwealth Development Corporation Act 1978 (“the 1978 Act”) and now vested in him, with the consent of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Order:
