  "text": "This Order appoints 1st April 1969 as the appointed day for the purposes of section 2 of the Commonwealth Telecommunications Act 1968. As from the appointed day the provisions relating to the Commonwealth Telecommunications Board contained in the Commonwealth Telegraphs Act 1949 and the references to that Board in the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1957 are repealed.",
