# The Communications (Access to Infrastructure) Regulations 2016, Paragraph 3


(1) Any civil works concerning the physical infrastructure of a railway (except the Docklands Light Railway) which have a cost of less than £7,000,000, a duration of less than 14 working days or a total length of less than 500 metres.
(2) “Railway” has the meaning given in section 67(1) of the Transport and Works Act 1992 .
