# The Communications (Access to Infrastructure) Regulations 2016, Paragraph 4


(1) Any civil works concerning the physical infrastructure of the Docklands Light Railway or a tramway, which have a cost of less than £1,500,000, a duration of less than 14 working days or a total length of less than 500 metres.
(2) “Tramway” has the meaning given in section 67(1) of the Transport and Works Act 1992.
