  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Communications Act 2003 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2003.\n(2) In this Order—\n“the Act” means the Communications Act 2003;\n“the transitionally commenced provisions” means—\nthe provisions of the Act brought into force by article 2(1) of this Order, other than those contained in sections 264 and 360 to 362, Schedule 15 and paragraph 30 of Schedule 18;\nthe provisions of the Act brought into force by article 2(2) of this Order contained in—\nsection 152 and 167,\nparagraphs 18, 149 and 150 of Schedule 17,\nparagraph 21 of Schedule 18, and\nSchedule 19; and\n“the transitional period” means the period provided for by section 408(6) of the Act.",
