  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order makes consequential amendments in connection with the commencement of the provisions of the Communications Act 2003.\nArticle 2 sets out the definitions that are to apply in respect of any Act or instrument amended by the Order.\nArticle 3(1) gives effect to the amendments set out in Schedule 1 to the Order.\nArticle 3(2) gives effect to the repeals and revocations set out in Schedule 2 to the Order.\nPart I of Schedule 1 to the Order sets out amendments to the Telecommunications Act 1984. Part II of Schedule 1 sets out amendments to other primary legislation (including Acts of the Scottish Parliament). Part III of Schedule 1 sets out amendments to local enactments. Part IV of Schedule 1 sets out amendments to subordinate legislation made under the Transport and Works Act 1992 and the Light Railways Act 1896. Part V of Schedule 1 sets out amendments to other subordinate legislation.\nIn Schedule 2, repeals to enactments are set out in Table 1 and revocations of instruments are set out in Table 2.",
