# The Communications Act 2003 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2003, Paragraph 22: Barking Barrage Order 1995


For article 3(7) of the Barking Barrage Order 1995 there shall be substituted—
“(7) The Borough may install and maintain electronic communications apparatus and provide electronic communications networks on or over land, whether or not a street, for the purposes of electronic communication between any place and any part of the authorised works or between different parts of those works.”.
