Paragraph 26 Forestry (Felling of Trees) Regulations 1979

For paragraph (a) of the definition of “electronic communication” in regulation 3(1) of the Forestry (Felling of Trees) Regulation 1979f1 there shall be substituted—

“(a)

by means of an electronic communications network; or”.
