  "text": "(1) The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 3 in paragraph (g) of the definition of “public works vehicle” for the words “a telecommunications” to the words “Act 1984” there shall be substituted “an electronic communications code network”.\n(3) In regulation 101(2)(b)(v) for the phrase “telecommunications apparatus” there shall be substituted “electronic communications apparatus”.",
