# The Communications Act 2003 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2003, Paragraph 28: Wireless Telegraphy (Content of Transmission) Regulations 1988


ln regulation 4 of the Wireless Telegraphy (Content of Transmission) Regulations 1988, for “public telecommunication system”, there shall be substituted “public electronic communications network”.
