# The Communications Act 2003 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2003, Paragraph 29: Overhead Lines (Exemption) Regulations 1990


In regulation 3(1)(b) of the Overhead Lines (Exemption) Regulations 1990 for the words “telecommunication apparatus” there shall be substituted “electronic communications apparatus”.
