# The Communications Act 2003 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2003, Paragraph 32: Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Scotland) Order 1992


In article 3(c)(vi) of the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Scotland) Order 1992, for the words from “a telecommunication system” to “1984” there shall be substituted “an electronic communications network”.
