# The Communications Act 2003 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2003, Paragraph 33: Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992


In regulation 2(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992, in the definition of “statutory undertaker” for the phrase “telecommunications code system operator” there shall be substituted “electronic communications code operator”.
