Paragraph 35 Rail Crossing Extinguishment and Division Orders Regulations 1993

In Forms 1 and 2 in Schedule 1 to the Rail Crossing Extinguishment and Division Orders Regulations 1993f1, for the phrase “Public telecommunications operator”, wherever occurring, there shall be substituted “An Electronic Communications Code Operator”.
