# The Communications Act 2003 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2003, Paragraph 36: Conservation (Natural Habitats, & c) Regulations 1994


For paragraph (e) of regulation 29 of the Conservation (Natural Habitats, & c) Regulations 1994, there shall be substituted—
“(e) the provision of an electronic communications code network or the exercise of any right conferred by or in accordance with the electronic communications code on the provider of any such network.”.
