# The Communications Act 2003 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2003, Paragraph 37: Non-Domestic Rating (Railways, Telecommunications and Canals) Regulations 1994


In regulation 4 of the Non-Domestic Rating (Railways, Telecommunications and Canals) Regulations 1994, for the words “telecommunications services”, wherever appearing, there shall be substituted “electronic communications services”.
