# The Communications Act 2003 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2003, Paragraph 40: Broadcasting (Technical Services) Order 1997


In regulation 2 of the Broadcasting (Technical Services) Order 1997, the reference to “telecommunications signals (as such expression is defined in section 48(6) of the Broadcasting Act 1990)” shall be replaced with “electronic signals (as defined for the purposes of section 48 of the Broadcasting Act 1990)”.
