# The Communications Act 2003 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2003, Paragraph 42: Broadcasting Digital Terrestrial Sound (Technical Service) Order 1998


In regulation 2 of the Broadcasting Digital Terrestrial Sound (Technical Service) Order 1998, the reference to “telecommunications signals (as such expression is defined in section 114(6) of the Broadcasting Act 1990)” shall be replaced with “electronic signals (as defined for the purposes of section 114 of the Broadcasting Act 1990)”.
