Paragraph 48 Penalties for Disorderly Behaviour (Amount of Penalty) Order 2002

In Part I of the Schedule to the Penalties for Disorderly Behaviour (Amount of Penalty) Order 2002^f1, for the words “Section 43(1)(b) of the Telecommunications Act 1984 (c. 12),” there shall be substituted “Section 127(2) of the Communications Act 2003 (c. 21)” and for the words “Using a public” to “annoyance” there shall be substituted “Using a public electronic communications network in order to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety”.
