# The Communications Act 2003 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2003, Paragraph 49: Electricity Safety, Quality and Continuity Regulations 2002


In paragraph 4(a)(i) of Part IV of Schedule 3 to the Electricity Safety, Quality and Continuity Regulations 2002, for the words “telecommunications code system operator” there shall be substituted “electronic communications code operator”.
