  "text": "(1) The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2002 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In regulations 26 and 27 and in paragraph 5 of Part 1 of Schedule 19—\n(a) for “telecommunications apparatus”, wherever occurring, there shall be substituted “electronic communications apparatus”;\n(b) for “a telecommunications code system”, wherever occurring, there shall be substituted “electronic communications code system”.",
