  "text": "(1) The Wireless Telegraphy (Exemption) Regulations 2003 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 4(2)—\n(a) for “telecommunication system”, there shall be substituted “electronic communications network”;\n(b) for “telecommunication apparatus”, there shall be substituted “electronic communications apparatus”;\n(c) for “telecommunication service”, there shall be substituted “electronic communications service”.\n(3) In Schedule 3, Part I, in the definition of “relevant network”, for “telecommunication system” there shall be substituted “electronic communications network”.",
