  "text": "(1) Product placement falls within this paragraph if it is in a—\n(a) children’s programme;\n(b) news or current affairs programme;\n(c) consumer affairs programme; or\n(d) religious programme.\n(2) In sub-paragraph (1) “children’s programme” means a programme made—\n(a) for a television programme service or for an on-demand programme service or a non-UK on-demand programme service that is a Tier 1 service, and\n(b) for viewing primarily by persons under the age of sixteen.",
