  "text": "It shall be the duty of the Welsh Authority—\n(a) to join with the providers of other must-provide services in entering into and maintaining arrangements satisfying the requirements of section 274; and\n(b) to comply with the requirements of any arrangements imposed by OFCOM for the purposes of conditions under subsection (2) of that section.",
