  "text": "(1) In section 185 of the 1990 Act (maintenance of the national television archive)—\n(a) for “The Commission” and “the Commission”, wherever occurring, there shall be substituted “ OFCOM ”.\n(b) in subsection (5), the definition of “the Commission” shall be omitted.\n(2) This paragraph so far as it relates to subsection (1) of that section has effect in relation only to financial years beginning after the television transfer date.",
