# Communications Act 2003, Paragraph 67


In section 199(5) of the 1990 Act (publication of notices), for paragraphs (a) and (b) there shall be substituted “ by OFCOM under section 21, 41, 42, 55, 103, 109, 110, 111 or 120 ”.
