Section 124 of that Act (orders and regulations under Part 3) shall be amended as follows.

In subsection (3) after the word “34” there shall be inserted “ , 59(6A) ”.

In subsection (4) after the word “40(8),” there shall be inserted “ 44(11), ”.
(4)
In subsection (6) after the word “34,” there shall be inserted “ 44(11), 59(6A), ”.
