# Communications Act 2003, Paragraph 121


In Article 61 (restrictions on disclosure of information)—
(a) for paragraph (2)(b)(vi) there shall be substituted—
“(vi) the Office of Communications;”;
(b) after paragraph (3)(u) there shall be inserted—
“(v) the Communications Act 2003;”.
