  "text": "In section 5 of the Television Licences (Disclosure of Information) Act 2000 (c. 15) (interpretation)—\n(a) for the definitions of “the BBC” and “television licence” there shall be substituted—\n““the BBC” means the British Broadcasting Corporation;”;\n(b) after the definition of “prescribed” there shall be inserted—\n““television licence” means a licence for the purposes of section 363 of the Communications Act 2003;”.",
