# Communications Act 2003, Paragraph 84


For section 32 of the Channel Tunnel Act 1987 (c. 53), there shall be substituted—
“Exclusion of rights under electronic communications code
32 No rights shall be exercisable by any person by virtue of the electronic communications code in relation to any land comprised in the tunnel system and lying in or under the bed of the sea.”
