# Communications Act 2003, Paragraph 89


In section 25(1) of the Norfolk and Suffolk Broads Act 1988 (c. 4) (interpretation), in the definition of “statutory undertaker”, for paragraph (d) there shall be substituted—
“(d) any electronic communications code operator;”.
