  "text": "The persons who—\n(a) have been appointed as members of the Competition Commission by the Secretary of State under section 13(10) of the 1984 Act, and\n(b) hold office immediately before the date on which section 194 comes into force,\nshall continue to hold office as members of the Competition Commission as if they had been appointed to that office by the Secretary of State under section 194(1).",
