  "text": "(1) OFCOM must prescribe the form of a notice to be given under each provision of this code that requires a notice to be given.\n(2) OFCOM may from time to time amend or replace a form prescribed under sub-paragraph (1).\n(3) Before prescribing a form for the purposes of this code, OFCOM must consult operators and such other persons as OFCOM think appropriate.\n(4) Sub-paragraph (3) does not apply to the amendment or replacement of a form prescribed under sub-paragraph (1).",
