  "text": "The following provisions of the Telecommunications Act 1984 (c. 12) shall cease to have effect—\n(a) sections 5 to 8 (licensing provisions);\n(b) sections 9 to 11 (public telecommunications systems);\n(c) sections 12 to 15 (modification of licences);\n(d) sections 16 to 19 (enforcement of licences); and\n(e) sections 27A to 27L (standards of performance of designated public telecommunications operators).",
