  "text": "(1) In this Part—\n“ancillary service”, in relation to an internet radio service, has the meaning given by section 362BF (except in the expression “relevant ancillary service”);\n“designated radio selection service” has the meaning given by section 362BB;\n“entity” means a body or association of persons or an organisation, regardless of whether the body, association or organisation is—\n(a)formed under the law of any part of the United Kingdom or of a country or territory outside the United Kingdom, or\n(b)a legal person under the law under which it is formed;\n“information notice” has the meaning given by section 362BQ;\n“internet radio service” has the meaning given by section 362BF;\n“provide”, in relation to a sound broadcasting service or digital sound programme service, has the same meaning as in Part 3 (see section 362(2) and (3));\n“radio selection service” has the meaning given by section 362BA;\n“relevant internet radio service” has the meaning given by section 362BG.\n(2) A reference in this Part to the playing of an internet radio service includes a reference to providing its ancillary services (if any).",
