  "heading": "Duty to review certain tariffs that are not universal service tariffs",
  "text": "(1) It is the duty of OFCOM—\n(a) to keep under review qualifying service tariffs, other than—\n(i) universal service tariffs; or\n(ii) tariffs available only to end-users who are carrying on a business; and\n(b) to monitor changes to those tariffs.\n(2) The reference in subsection (1) to qualifying service tariffs is a reference to the tariffs used by the providers of qualifying services.\n(3) In this section—\n“qualifying services” means—\n(a)broadband services at a fixed location;\n(b)telephone services at a fixed location; and\n(c)mobile services, as defined by section 65(2BB)(a);\n“tariff” includes a pricing structure.",
