Regulation 5 Amendment of section 86 of the Investigatory Powers Act 2016

In section 86 of the 2016 Act (Part 3: interpretation)^f1, in subsection (1), in the definition of “authorisation” after “or 61A” insert “(including sections 61 and 61A as modified by sections 78 and 80)”.
