# The Communications Data Acquisition Regulations 2019, Regulation 6: Consequential amendment of the Data Retention and Acquisition Regulations 2018


Paragraphs 18(2), (3) and (5) and 19(2), (3) and (5) of Schedule 1 to the Data Retention and Acquisition Regulations 2018 (amendments of the 2016 Act) are revoked.
