  "text": "The following provisions of the 2003 Act, that is—\nsection 29(3)\nsection 139(5)\nsection 176(1)\nsection 198(5)\nsection 224(1)\nsection 237(3)\nsections 247 and 248\nsection 277(1)\nsection 319(4)\nsection 348(5)\nSchedule 10, paragraphs 12(3)(a) and (4)(a)\nshall have effect as if an order or regulations made under, respectively—\nsection 29(4)\nsection 139(9)\nsection 176(3)\nsection 198(6)\nsection 224(2)\nsection 237(9)\nsection 249(1)\nsection 277(3)\nsection 323(3)\nsection 348(7)\nSchedule 10, paragraph 13(1)\nand which is for the time being in force in the United Kingdom had extended to the Bailiwick of Jersey.",
