# The Communications (Jersey) Order 2003, Paragraph 3

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

After section 1, insert the following section—
“Saving of Telecommunications Law
“1A Nothing in this Act shall apply to any matter governed by the provisions of the Telecommunications (Jersey) Law 2002.”.
