# The Communications (Jersey) Order 2003, Paragraph 31

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In section 196 (Appeals from tribunal)—
(a) for the word “Tribunal”, wherever it occurs, substitute “Royal Court of Jersey”;
(b) for subsection (2)(a) substitute—
“(a) lies to the Jersey Court of Appeal;” and
(c) in subsection (4), for the word “Court” substitute “Jersey Court of Appeal”.
